THE CONTRACT OF SALE

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

RETURNS

  • if you receive some packages visibly damaged by courier, broken or tampered with, please reject the shipment to the sender, and we'll take care of the return and restoration of the expedition;
  • if the shipment include multiple boxes and not all were damaged, please reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the bill of the courier "With Reserve" and VERTIGO will take care of the damaged package and the replacement of the same;
  • if the replacement product was out of stock, we will contact you directly for a possible replacement or credit of the residual value. Any costs of shipping the return to the sender of the parcel and restitution will be borne by the new VERTIGO;
  • Delivery typically takes place on weekdays, at 2:00 to 4:00 working days from the date of entry of the order on the Website with their payment by credit card, PayPal and prepaid card;

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
